Line of Business: MORTGAGE Job Category: Professional Primary Purpose:Responsible for leading the initiatives within Mortgage Lending ProductionAdministration to increase sales production across various marketing andproduction channels. Primary focus will be determined by the Mortgage LendingProduction Administration Manager and will concentrate on one of the followingfunctions: 1. To increase IRM referrals within the banking network’s commercialand business lending personnel and mortgage loan officers, related to theconversion of builder/ construction loans to permanent mortgage loans or 2. Tolead several initiatives within Mortgage Lending Production Administration toeffectively provide products and services for several client segments,particularly related to Affordable Housing, Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI), BondLoans (vary by state), Hispanic and Immigrant lending, First-Time Homebuyer andother related programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is asummary of the essential functions for this job. Other Duties may be performed,both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities maychange from time to time. Essential Responsibilities (Construction Lending): 1.Develop and maintain total curriculum around the identification, implementation,and execution of programs to increase profitability by converting builderconstruction loans to permanent mortgage loans. 2. Develop and maintainmarketing strategies and tactics to be used by MLO and BSO personnel in theexecution of the initiatives. 3. Serve as a source of knowledge and technicalsupport for IRM partners in the Banking Network, including direct client contactwith builder clients, as needed and coordinated with MLO and BSO personnel. 4.Promote the utilization of the Mortgage Lending Construction /Permanent loansfor builder clients to MLOs and BSOs. 5. Develop and maintain training materialsand coordinate/facilitate training with regional staff to increase salesperformance. 6. Provide Best Practices and results-oriented sales supportthrough direct facilitation, conference calls, print materials, or othermethods, as necessary. 7. Assist the ML Production Administration Manager withany related product development needs to better position the initiatives withthe competitive market. 8. Keep informed of current business and economicconditions that could impact residential building, including market trends,interest rate environment, and attending home building/financing functions andseminars. 9. Monitor, analyze and provide management reporting of builder loanconversion to mortgage ratios, performance levels, and overall programeffectiveness. 10. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by ProductionAdministration Manager. Essential Responsibilities (Special Programs): 1.Develop total curriculum around the identification, implementation, andexecution of a program to increase the number of loans being made to severalclient segments. 2. Coordinate the development of materials for distribution toclients to assist them with making a more informed decision as related to themortgage and home purchasing process. 3. Description: Carolina CAT, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the Caterpillar dealership serving the construction needs of western North Carolina. In addition to offering a full line of Caterpillar construction, forestry and paving products, we also offer a complete line of material handling equipment, engineered systems, truck engines and electrical power generation systems.

With the continued growth of our organization, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible to generate product support sales revenue through non-assigned customer accounts. Contact will be made through both direct and indirect channels. This role will work directly with the Parts, Service Departments, and Marketing to grow existing customer accounts, facilitate lead generation, establish sales relationships with prospects, and qualify leads generated through telemarketing and other indirect channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
—- Update and qualify accounts employing a disciplined telephone campaign.
—- Maintain an active call cycle with consideration for a diverse customer base.
—- Maintain accurate customer account information and equipment population within a corporate CRM system.
—- Promote dealer services including – but not limited to – construction equipment, parts and service.
—- Develop equipment/parts/service leads for other sales representatives.
—- Build customer satisfaction through meeting customer needs via a needs analysis process.
—- Establish customer relationships as a single point of contact.
—- Respond to needs of walk-in customers.
—- Close sales.
—- Achieve personal development through goal setting and establishing objectives.
—- Facilitate and manage P/S merchandizing program claims to Caterpillar.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:
—- Customer First Attitude
—- Inbound/outbound telephone experience preferred.
—- Employ knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel, processing software, contact management systems.
