Description: Carolina CAT, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the Caterpillar dealership serving the construction needs of western North Carolina. In addition to offering a full line of Caterpillar construction, forestry and paving products, we also offer a complete line of material handling equipment, engineered systems, truck engines and electrical power generation systems.

With the continued growth of our organization, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible to generate product support sales revenue through non-assigned customer accounts. Contact will be made through both direct and indirect channels. This role will work directly with the Parts, Service Departments, and Marketing to grow existing customer accounts, facilitate lead generation, establish sales relationships with prospects, and qualify leads generated through telemarketing and other indirect channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
—- Update and qualify accounts employing a disciplined telephone campaign.
—- Maintain an active call cycle with consideration for a diverse customer base.
—- Maintain accurate customer account information and equipment population within a corporate CRM system.
—- Promote dealer services including – but not limited to – construction equipment, parts and service.
—- Develop equipment/parts/service leads for other sales representatives.
—- Build customer satisfaction through meeting customer needs via a needs analysis process.
—- Establish customer relationships as a single point of contact.
—- Respond to needs of walk-in customers.
—- Close sales.
—- Achieve personal development through goal setting and establishing objectives.
—- Facilitate and manage P/S merchandizing program claims to Caterpillar.
—- Additional duties may be assigned.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:
—- Customer First Attitude
—- Inbound/outbound telephone experience preferred.
—- Employ knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel, processing software, contact management systems.
—- Ability to assess customer needs and evaluate customer satisfaction.
—- Maintain product knowledge of Caterpillar, Carolina CAT and competitive products/services.
—- Ability to quickly provide creative and effective customer solutions to address customer problems, wants and needs.
—- Self-Starter and Able to Work with Minimal Supervision

We are currently seeking a Critical Facility Manager to join the team as a member of our growing Facility Services Division in Charlotte, NC. The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
Foster Client Relationships
* Maintain positive client relationships
* Resolve client contractual issues
* Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Coordinate Facility Operations
* Create facility capacity plans
* Manage monthly financial cycle activities
* Oversee day-to-day Data Center Operations
* Assess and report on power, space and cooling usage
* Manage the resolution of facility-related technical issues
* Coordinate work with other departments as required
* Optimize use of Computerized Maintenance Management System and implement necessary system changes
* Provide infrastructure support to the Server, SAN, Networking, Computer Operations and Security teams
Team Management
* Establish, communicate and meet performance standards
* Interview, orient and train new facility engineers
* Review and document individual performance
* Deliver regular individual performance feedback
* Maintain ongoing facility engineer training and certification programs
* Support individual professional development and career planning
* Support the Critical Environments Team
Maintain Facility Standards

Job Description

Job Summary
Make deliveries to customer job sites while adhering to all safety procedures. Load inventory on truck and unload at customer site.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

* Performs routine inspection of vehicle and supplies to ensure road safety.
* Plans route to and from customers’ businesses and adjusts for traffic and/or construction.
* Ensures that manifests are complete and accurate.
* Delivers merchandise to customer and contacts customer if they are not present.
* Loads truck with daily merchandise to be delivered as well as unload merchandise for customer.
* Pulls orders to match manifest.
* Prepares and maintains records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Provides assistance to resolve customer issues.

* Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.

Work Environment

Essential Skills

Education and Experience

* HS Diploma or GED required. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2 – 5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications

* Class A – Operate vehicle with GVW over 26,000 pounds not in combination, or transport hazardous materials that require placarding.
* Proper licensing relative to equipment.
* Forklift certification.
