The program consists of 8 sessions divided into 6 modules: Solicitation, Bidding, Contract Negotiation and Legal Aspects of Signing Contracts, Project Execution, Growing your Business and Safety & Excavation.
This a great opportunity to help GCs identify potential minority business partners for their construction projects, educate them in how to do business with you and to close the gap between GC expectations and what the minority subcontractor finally delivers in an effort to build a more professional construction industry.
